The Petroleum Storage Tank Fund has been encountering some system issues at the time of processing applications for review.  CDLE's IT team is actively working with OPS' Data Team to fix this issue as soon as possible.  In the meantime, t here will be some delays in receiving acknowledgment emails and a PREQ number.  The application's original receive date will not be affected and the 90-day count will be unchanged.
