Online payments are now available in COSTIS-IA! Invoices will be used in all cases of payments including permit applications, NOVs/Enforcements and tank registrations. When invoices are received (either by email or by mail) please closely review the online payment instructions prior to attempting to make payments. Important: Due to integration with the new COSTIS-IA system, you may not see your payment reflected on your account immediately. You may also receive an error message, however please do not submit a payment more than once to avoid multiple payments.
