The Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS)’ investigation into contaminated fuel remains ongoing. OPS has consolidated this list of locations provided by HF Sinclair with OPS-verified sites of complaints that have been impacted. OPS is collaborating with HF Sinclair to ensure customers are appropriately supported through this process. Impacted customers are encouraged to reach out to their gas station to start the claim filing process.
If retailers are denying claims of contaminated fuel or otherwise being unresponsive, we encourage impacted customers to file a complaint with the Division online or by calling 303-866-4967. The complaint form is now available in Spanish (Formulario de quejas) on this page.
