To ensure a steady fuel supply across the state, the Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS) has issued a temporary waiver for wintertime gasoline RVP requirements, effective through April 15, 2026.
This waiver aligns Colorado’s standards with neighboring states to prevent supply disruptions caused by recent regulatory updates.
