Please see the proposed changes to Policy 26 by the Petroleum Storage Tank Committee. These proposed changes recommend decreasing the time frame to submit costs for reimbursement from two years, down to one year from the date incurred. This proposal is open to public comment for 30 days, closing on, May 22, 2021, and will be reviewed by the Committee Members.
